Let me introduce you to
our family in Coloradoo
where cursive is still used
and technology, a tool of the devil, is totally unknown...

I keep dropping hints like:
"Have you heard of morse code?"
But, it's water off a duck's back...
Tim RiP and Marcella live in the mountains of Colorado with snow around for much of the year and sharing their home with deer, bear and other wild animals.
Tim, a true backwoodsman, and Marcella, a creative soul with a deep-seated love of nature, enjoyed the wilderness and each other with a beautiful passion. Following Tim's passing Marcella continues to live in the mountains with a close circle of family and friends.

Mary with little brother, Tim
Yep!
I can see the similarity.
If I didn't know,
I'd take them for twins.
Tim , with the help of his amazing wife, Marcella, is embarking on a major project ~ The writing of his mother's biography. This is a task which many would find daunting but which they hope to commence during the next winter; a time when they will be largely housebound by snow.
In May, 2019,
Mary and I enjoyed the company
of her brothers
Ned with wife Judy,
Tim with wife Marcella, and
Michael with wife Cathryn.
Don't look so surprised, Tim. This is what they call a smart phone.
I use it to talk with people in Australia, get maps to show where I am, find out what the weather will be and to take your photo.
Look! Smile, Tim!

In post-panemic 2022 Mary and I decided to make our final trip to the US to see our children-n-families and Mary's siblings-n-spouses.
We particularly enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs where we caught up with Mary's three brothers, Ned, Tim and Mike.
See a slideshow on Ned's page
of photos from this fun time.
I considered removing Tim's photos but have decided otherwise as his shared memories are so very important to me.
